Admission Requirements for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN) 

• Applicants must hold a valid, unencumbered Florida RN license or a multistate Compact RN license (earned through successful completion of the NCLEX) and have graduated from an ASN program at an institution that has received their institutional accreditation from an agency authorized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  •  Applicants may be conditionally admitted with proof of completion of an ASN program from an institution that has received their institutional accreditation from an agency authorized by the U.S. Department of Education; however, they must obtain and submit either a Florida RN         license or a Compact license by the end of the first semester in the BSN program to remain enrolled.
• Meet prerequisite and GPA requirements: Applicants must have an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale and complete all prerequisites below (4 classes; 15 semester credit hours) with a grade of "C" or better.
  • Select one of the following state core Mathematics:
    • *STA 2023 Elementary Statistics I
    • MAC 1105 College Algebra
    • MAC 1105C College Algebra with Integrated Review
    • MAC 1140 Precalculus Algebra
    • MAC 1114 Trigonometry
    • MAC 2311 Calculus with Analytic Geometry I
    • MGF 1130 Mathematical Thinking
  • *BSC 2085C Human Anatomy & Physiology I with Lab
  • *BSC 2086C Human Anatomy & Physiology II with Lab
  • *MCB 2010C Microbiology w/Lab
