URP 2010  Laws & Codes for the Built Environment  (3 Credits )  
This course will cover how laws, codes, and regulations shape the built environment, including administrative law, zoning, building and fire codes, contracts, etc.

  
Prerequisite: C of higher in ARC 2141, ARC 1126, FIN 2003, and POS 2041  
Corequisite: ARC 2142 and REE 2002  

  
URP 2020  Controversies in Contemporary Development  (3 Credits )  
This course will include topics in housing affordability, return on municipal infrastructure investment, environmental resilience, street design, HOA’s, public process, etc.

  
Prerequisite: C or higher in SYG 2210
