The Engineering Technology Support Specialist college credit certificate is an applied engineering technical program offering concentrations in various technical areas. It prepares students to meet the needs of businesses by developing their technical skills, knowledge, and adaptability for specific roles within the engineering field. This certificate is the Engineering core for the Engineering Technology Associate in Science degree.

This core aligns with the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC), preparing students for the MSSC Certified Production Technician (CPT) Certification.  Additionally, it provides a foundation in:

• Computer-aided drafting (CAD)
• Mechanical Measurement & Instrumentation
• Manufacturing Processes & Materials
• Quality Assurance
• Industrial Safety

The college credit certificate is upward compatible with the Associate in Science Engineering Technology degree.
