Students will gain the knowledge and skills relevant to the development of teams and group dynamics in an ever-changing organizational environment. Group and team dynamic concepts and theories will serve as the foundation of this course. Students will gain strategies for leading effective, efficient, results-driven teams through application-based assignments.

Students will gain the knowledge, skills, and tools to help them develop the communication acumen needed to be successful leaders. Students are expected to participate in open discussions where they will put into practice the communication skills acquired in class, including verbal and non-verbal communication skills, understanding that they will lead through their actions and words.
