Admission to the Human Resources Management Advanced Technical Certificate is an Associate of Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS), Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or permission of the Program Director. The Human Resources Management Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC) teaches the student skills that are needed to move into supervisory roles or to advance their career in the human resource field. This certificate is upward compatible with the B.A.S. in Leadership
